This enables us to support your product development efficiently, flexibly, and with tailor-made solutions that meet the highest quality standards – and prepare for direct transfer to CNC contract and series production. You benefit from short iterations and the rapid implementation of functional prototypes, enabling a quick market launch. We thus offer you a seamless transition from idea to series production.
Consulting
We are precise, even in our work processes. By "consulting," we mean analysis and requirements definition. It is about understanding our customers' needs precisely and defining their requirements in detail. Only when everyone is speaking the same language at the outset will the end result be something that satisfies everyone.
Development
The increasing degree of automation is the answer and the result of Industry 4.0: the pursuit of sustainability, the desire to conserve resources, the pressure for energy efficiency, and increasing regulatory and safety requirements.
Prototyping
In prototype construction, what we have previously coordinated, planned, and designed intensively takes shape. We create the first prototype in close consultation with our customers and based on existing design drawings, Gerber data, and design data. To do this, we use rapid prototyping (such as 3D printing or CNC machining). This results in prototypes that simulate all mechanical and mechatronic components.
