Expansion of the Mechatronics Group
FMA Holding AG ("FMA Group") announces the acquisition of NOX Systems AG ("NOX"), a leading developer and manufacturer in the field of security technology with a focus on intrusion detection and access control systems. With this purchase, the FMA Group further strengthens its growth and adds a new mechatronic product and an established customer base to its existing portfolio. Company founder Sven Sauter will remain as managing director.
New product expertise in the field of security systems
NOX products are used internationally to secure access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and video surveillance. Large organizations such as banks and museums in particular rely on these solutions because they meet high security requirements and can still be flexibly adapted to customer-specific requirements. The modular product portfolio is considered powerful, reliable, and individually configurable.

Further development into a mechatronics group with proprietary products
With this acquisition, the FMA Group is expanding its business model to include an independent product portfolio in the field of security technology. This brings the group to three companies with four production sites and around 120 employees. NOX will continue to operate as an independent unit under the leadership of Sven Sauter.
